How to Register for Meta Business Suite
1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/ and log in with your existing personal Facebook account credentials. This is required so Meta can verify your identity and grant you permissions.
2. Click "Create account."
3. Enter your official business name and your business email.
4. Once your Meta Business Suite account is set up, you can connect your business Facebook page and your Instagram account.
How to Add a Facebook Page to your Meta Business Suite
1. At the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, click the settings icon.
2. Under "Accounts," click "Pages."

4. If you do not have an existing Facebook Page for your business, you can click "Create a new Facebook Page," and complete the corresponding steps.
How to Invite People to Your Business Portfolio
Inviting people to your Meta Business Portfolio gives team members oremployees access to the business assets they need, such as Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, without sharing personal login information. It also helps you manage permissions securely and collaborate more efficiently.
1. Under the "Users" section, click "People."
2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite to your business portfolio, then click "Next."
3. Decide on the level of access you want this person to receive, then click "Next."
4. Select the assets you want this person to have access to and assign them permissions. Click "Next," then click "Invite."
Important Note: If you want to have access to your Meta Business Suite and assets on your own personal account, you must invite and give access to your assets to yourself. Your Meta Business account operates as a separate entity to your personal Facebook account.
