How to Configure your inSITE Templated Website
Step-by-Step Guide to Customizing Your Practice’s Online Storefront
This article walks you through how to set up and personalize your inSITE online storefront with Standard Process. From color palette and social media links to the About Us page and contact information, each section can be tailored to reflect your brand and engage your patients.
Company Logo
Upload a horizontal logo in PNG format, sized at least 300 x 220 px. This appears at the top of your site to align it with your branding.
Select Color Palette
Choose a color palette that matches your main website to create a seamless visual experience.
Social Media Information (Optional)
Link to your social channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). Leave any field blank and that platform won’t display.
Practice Contact Information
Enter your practice name, clinician's name and title, phone number, email, and physical address. This info will be displayed at the bottom of your site.
Product Search Page Customization
You can personalize the shopping experience with:
- Banner Image: Choose from multiple preset visuals
- Product Search Title: Customize the headline that appears at the top of your product page
- Banner Text: Add a short message (e.g., “Together, we’re helping patients with personalized whole food nutrition.”)
- Featured Product: Select a supplement to highlight (e.g., Catalyn®)
Enable and Customize the About Us Page
This feature helps tell your story and improves search visibility. When enabled, customize the following:
Required Elements:
- Featured Title (max 60 characters)
- About Us Title (max 60 characters)
- About Us Description (max 400 characters)
- Tagline 1 (max 50 characters)
- Tagline 2 (max 70 characters)
Recommended Media:
- Hero Image (minimum 1080 x 910 px, JPG)
- Practitioner Photo (minimum 700 x 700 px, square JPG) 
 Both images must include alternative text descriptions (max 100 characters).
Location Information
List your practice’s address(es), phone numbers, and email. If you are a telehealth or virtual-only provider:
- Use “Any Street” as a placeholder
- Disable the map option to avoid confusion
For single-location practices, you can also include a 160-character contact description.

- Always click Save after making changes
