How to Upload Images from Digital Toolkit to Your Website

When Standard Process provides you with image assets, they are shared through Dropbox for convenience.

While you can technically embed images from Dropbox, we strongly recommend downloading and uploading them directly to your own website. This ensures your images always display properly, even if the Dropbox link changes or expires.

This guide will show you how to safely download images from Dropbox and upload them into your website, with platform-specific instructions for WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace.

Downloading Images from Dropbox

  1. Click the Dropbox link provided by Standard Process.
  2. You’ll see the shared folder or file preview.
  3. To download:
    • If viewing a single image, click the “Download” button in the top right corner.
    • If viewing a folder, click “Download” to download all files as a .zip file.
