Solving COVID-19 Shipping Challenges
How to receive orders when your office is temporarily closed
Unfortunately, Standard Process has noticed an increased number of packages held at UPS/Fed EX facilities due to businesses that have temporarily closed due to COVID-19.
Fortunately, we have solutions available to help health care practitioners receive their orders.
- If health care practitioners can’t receive shipments at their offices, we encourage them to ship to their homes for no additional fee.
- If a package is en route, it can be re-routed with Fed Ex Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice (Home or Business).
